At House of Aluna, we are committed to delivering the highest quality wellness products as efficiently and transparently as possible. At this time, we only provide standard shipping. We currently ship domestically within the United States, and all orders are processed and shipped within three business days of purchase. Because we partner with multiple premium brands, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on where each item is fulfilled. Shipping is handled directly by our vendors using their preferred carriers, and we will provide tracking information via email as soon as it becomes available.
Due to the nature of our marketplace and vendor fulfillment model, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, we want every customer to feel taken care of. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there are any concerns, please email us at info@houseofaluna.com. While we do not guarantee returns or refunds, we will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
